From the very beginning of my professional career, I was clear about the need to incorporate new technologies into my daily work. From those university classes with slides and conventional projectors, I knew that we were going to go to the other extreme in a very short time. Since then, I have not stopped working with the firm intention of making things as easy as possible for myself and for my patients from all points of view. In all the centres where I have worked, I have collected what seemed interesting to me and seen what could be improved.
From this whole process, I have drawn several conclusions that may be of interest to all health professionals when it comes to getting the most out of their work and also to patients when it comes to getting the most out of their doctor.
As health professionals, we must all be clear that our work is much more than just attending to patients; having a private practice consists of managing a small or medium-sized one. To do this, we need all the help we can get. We must optimize all our efforts if we do not want to die trying and also do it in a way that is pleasant for us and our patients.
I have sought a way to integrate into the flow of care for my patients all the possible aids that new technologies currently provide me, from the recruitment of patients to the care in my center, and subsequent follow-up, of course, without forgetting the essential area of administrative management that every business requires or the legal issues that can give us more than one headache. These are some of my traveling companions on this path.

I can’t forget how DriCloud has helped me put my practice in order and offer a global quality service.
After going through different stages in creating reports for my patients using templates, folders on the computer… I was going crazy. I was clear that it was difficult to comply with the legal requirements of the LOPD and it was very complicated to manage the agenda or keep accounts.

In addition, the program takes care of sending appointment reminders in advance to avoid no-shows, delays, last-minute cancellations… Lost time means lost income.

Content marketing, where you honestly share your knowledge with patients, is the best way to build patient loyalty and gain their trust. Lessons learned from several of my mentors.
Qoolife also plays a key role
Qoolife is the online consultation web platform that I use to attend to my regular patients (in person) remotely between appointments or to attend to patients “remotely”. With it, families have their own individual file for each patient and share with me a space where they can contact me whenever they need to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This has allowed me to improve the supervision of my regular patients, expand my services worldwide and of course, increase the satisfaction of my patients while increasing my online reputation and my income. In summary
The truth is that I can guarantee that the rational incorporation of new technologies has been one of the main pillars of the significant progress that my practice has had in recent years. Being on the web is essential for patients to get to know you and give their opinions about you. More and more patients are looking for opinions before consulting. Right now my practice is full and despite working every day I have a full schedule for the next month. My patients rate my attention with more than 9 and I can also attend to them online and control the financial management of the practice in detail.
